Dennis Quaid's $14 million Montana ranch for sale: Dennis Quaid, who currently appears in "Footloose," has put his $14 million Montana ranch on the market.
The actor bought the land 25-years ago from "Straw Dogs" director Sam Peckinpah and actor Warren Oates.
The 5315 square foot home, which Quaid built in 2000 with architect

Spanish Peaks Resort Owner Seeks Bankruptcy to Liquidate: Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Spanish Peaks Holdings II
LLC, owner of a Montana resort, The Club at Spanish Peaks, sought
bankruptcy protection to liquidate its assets.
The company, based in Big Sky, Montana, listed
debt of as much as $500 million and assets of as much as $50 million in
Chapter 7 documents filed today in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington,
Delaware.

Lehman may take over Moonlight, allowing resort to stay open long-term:The international investment bank Lehman Brothers will take ownership of Moonlight Basin under a proposed plan the bank and the resort submitted Friday to U.S. bankruptcy court.
